- Reservations: We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure availability.
- Dining Time: To accommodate all guests, we may enforce a time limit on tables during peak hours.
- Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering; however, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes.
- Behavior & Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who disrupts the dining experience of others.
- Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 years and older with a valid ID.
Return & Refund Policy
- Food Orders: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on food orders. If there is an issue with your meal, please inform our staff immediately so we can address it.
- Takeout & Delivery: If your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food for a resolution.
- Gift Cards & Promotions: All sales of gift cards and promotional offers are final and non-refundable.
- Event Deposits: Deposits for private events are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event if canceled within an agreed timeframe.
